Yesterday,it was a tough day for me.I have to run 100m,200m,relay 4x400m and 400 m. for the 100m,200m,and relay, my leg was in pain coz in the first running,my leg feels so cramp in the midle of the race so i can't run.In 400 m,my leg was already feeling normal.The 400 m event has 25 competitor.At the start of the event,i jog slowly and i was in the last place,the others has started sprinting in the beginning of the race.as i jog i saw all the people was tired,then i started sprinting and i get 4th place!hehe.....When i arrive at home,my leg was started to feel cramp again...ITS PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO THE END...bye
